About Karina
Karina is a professional fitness trainer who knows how to help clients with different genetics, physiological characteristics and anatomies. She believes in building a harmonious body without harm to health. She strictly controls the techniques of each exercise to gain the maximum benefit using the correct muscles and postures. Karina works closely with the client to support and encourage regular practise and adherence to the programme to reach the desired goals.
Experience
Karina spent 5 years studying physical therapy at university and has been practising as a personal trainer since 2010. She has trained in injury management and recovery and believes in regular one to one sessions as a route to health and recovery.

Prepared individual training programmes in consultation with the client, setting realistic goals and targets
Worked 1 to 1 with the clients providing motivation and demonstration of correct use of equipement.
Undertaken further training in –
- Identification of dysfunctions in the body and ways to eliminate them based on functional testing
- Nutrition consultation
- Joint mobility

I believe in a holistic approach to training which requires:-
- Understanding types of training programme and the impact of various training methods
- Identify if the client has any health and injury problems then modify programmes to suit the individual's circumstance.
- Help the client set a manageable weight reduction programme by understanding their nutrition and attitude

By following these principles, over time, the programme I design will help tone up the client’s body, add muscle mass, assist in reducing weight, where appropriate.
